I'm very concerned the future of lostwave songs, not the AI-created song that you mentioned but i'm concerning that whenever there's a user who instantly uploaded a snippet that is low quality and said that they just found it in the recording file everyone would consider it as an ai

Tho it can be true but i'm very concerned if someone mistaken it as an ai just because it's low quality

That "voice" is the noise reduction effect making weird high pitched tones. Take a old warn out 78rpm record from internet archive and run it through the "noise reduction filter" in audacity and youll hear it too.

Noise reduction works by taking a sample of something and reducing it from the rest of the recording, if that white noise varies the algorithm hasnt been told to remove it so it comes through as half filtered wet sounding noise

I'm scared for lost media in general because with deepfakes, a.i. creations, and A.I. being able to copy peoples voices, its getting so easy to create fake things. Especially old footage with lower quality video and audio

Regarding the 2nd song, you're completely wrong. What seems to be a voice is actually just TV noise mixed in with the poor quality of the audio. The song is a real thing, and shouldn't be treated as if it were created using an AI.

another recent one is "songfromradio" which is so obviously AI i'm shocked anyone in the comments fell for it
