Just figured this out, in case anyone ever has this question and gets pointed here again.
If you abandoned the Spark of Hope quest, you have to go back to the quest archive in tower and pick it back up.
Go talk to Zavala who then sends you to Ikora. Once you've talked with Ikora the two subclass quest should have populated.

I couldn’t even get the guardian rises bc the array mission is glitched

I’m a warlock and I have a void mission. It says I have 8% of my void weaken done but I still haven’t been able to figure out how to void weaken. The internet says it happens when I shoot things from in my rift but it hasn’t progressed at all
