I brought my posts back because the holes weren’t centered, 1/4in off. Roll post over and 1/4 offset the other direction.

Looks like pretty good quality control to me..every part is shrink wrapped. Back when I ran a record label, we had VERY strict quality control standards: every record had to be round and have a hole in the middle. :-) You picked a great location for the time lapse, and the whole video was very well edited. *Hardly any Lowes stores were destroyed in the making of this video.
You might want to send a strongly worded letter to the president about your dissatisfaction, and maybe one to the president of the fence post company, too.

Fence looks great! On the dry pour, are you just pouring in some gravel, filling with dry concrete and then topping it off with soil? That seems so easy and I’ve seen a lot lately on dry pouring different projects. It makes sense since a bag of concrete left out hardens in the exact shape it’s in. If that’s what you did, how has it held up? Any issues with the posts shaking loose? Thank you for the video showing the process. Just about to start ours. Take care!

My guess is those were made in China. However, I was a Q.C. inspector many years ago, and things like that would happen occasionally, usually on Friday, Saturday morning, or Monday morning. Gee, I don't know why those mornings! Lowe's does look for Youtube videos related to their products. Perhaps they will see this one.

Very helpful video, question is it required to cement every hole, or could you fill and tamp it down with just dirt?
