I have been struggling to understand how I am an 8 LP when it is said 8s are all about money and are materialistic, as I am most definitely not. You really nailed it; that is the biggest myth of the number 8s, as well as caring about where I stand socially. I do have a tendency to want to look good, and dress nice, I just looove clothes, can't stand shopping though, but have no qualms about wearing thrift store bought geans. Anyhow, thank you. I am really enjoying learning more about numerology, I was born September 9 1991. And both ways I calculated it came out as 8.
I was very fortunate to have a great teacher in grade school that taught us that we are incharge of our emotions, our thoughts, actions and reactions to the people around us. No body can make you feel or do anything it is always a choice...

I study western astrology. Im a life path 8 aswell. Sometimes i feel this placement has a lot to do with scorpio energy aswell. Scorpio is the 8th sign and rules the 8th house.
