Tandem Cycling Around The World - Guinness World Records

Cat Dixon and Raz Marsden (both UK), collectively known as Tandem Wow, set out on their tandem bike to embark on what would become a record-breaking adventure around the world, completing their journey in 263 days 8 hours and 7 minutes.

The announcement of this record title accompanies the launch of #GWRDay, an international celebration of record-breaking which sees thousands of people around the world attempting to achieve a GWR title.

Kinda sad that you've done more mileage on a tandem in one go than my wife and I have done in 30 years! Hey, it's about the quality and not quantity, right?

And I'm very lucky to have a perfect match for a stoker. Couldn't be happier. On and off road tandeming is such a blast. Off road definitely gives other trail riders a big surprise, especially on technical Sierra single track!
