Are the clips that are saved in the replay folders cleared each time a new replay gets created? I am looking to do something like this for streaming youth hockey games, and I think it would be cool to create a highlight reel from all of the saved clips to upload later. Great channel and a tremendous wealth of info. I feel like I am drinking from a fire hose.

Michael: Great video. Question: In your demo you were telling OBS (with the press of a button) when to start to record the action on the screen. Then you hit a hotkey and replayed the action you'd just recorded. I understand that concept. But how would you make use of this "OBS INSTANT REPLAY" plugin if you were doing a live-action sporting event? For example a baseball game. Every pitch is a potential "game changer" series of actions. I can't figure out how I would "tell" OBS to "be ready....because this upcoming pitch COULD BE a play I will want to make use of the OBS INSTANT REPLAY option". But, that "next play" may NOT be an interesting play (so I would NOT want to "replay" that particular play). But - the NEXT play COULD be worthy of instant replay. How do I make use of this plug in under this circumstance?

a little late, but the instant replay is working great!! however, the save video is being open as fly file which no problem the problem is that the whole video is on green color, you can see everything but it is like having a green fade screen. i tried to change file namin g in the replay source property, also at setting output, recording, encoder so they match but nothing help, any ideas on how i can fix this? it would be very much appreciated it.

Hi, is there a way for a single hotkey to do all these: save the replay, play the replay scene and go back to main scene. TiA

when I use the f1 shortcut (key - save replay), the replay will not be saved in the folder, so it is not shown. I used windows installation.

The second thing is, after adding the sources (OBS is going crazy, losing frames - everything is in red - probably too difficult a solution for my equipment)
