At first, when I heard Something for Nothing, it didn't blow me away but after a few listens I realized how awesome it is. When I first heard this song, I already fucking loved it! reminds me a bit of The Colour & The Shape sound but louder! hope they make a video for this.

Rock isn't dead. It's just forgotten. The Foo Fighters are one of the only bands that remind us how awesome it is and still will be.

I LOVE that little bridge in between the verse. Like after he says "it was the feast and the famine" the first time. So AWESOME! Got mine pre ordered. So glad I did!!

I feel like just God touched me with his finger. I was one of the first hundred to hear this badass song. Geez, cannot wait.

OH GOD, THIS IS WAY MUCH BETTER THAN "SOMETHING FROM NOTHING". They should've released this first, I was really afraid HBO would ruin this album, now I'm hoping for the better again.

After a bad day, i sleep to get some relief, then i wake up and find out that Foo Fighters have just released another song from their new album. Friday can't get any better than this.

At this rate, I don't want their to be any anthem-type songs. While "The Pretender", "Walk", "My Hero" are great songs each in their own, they just don't hold up to the grit and balls of "The Feast and the Famine" and "Something From Nothing". At this rate, Sonic Highways is going to blow my favorite album, There Is Nothing Left to Lose, out of the water.

In my opinion Foo Fighters are trying to show the otherside of Nirvana's soul you know? Not the depressive, sad or suicidal thoughts but the happy, strong and revolutionary side, and they are so great! Every music makes me feel like everything is possible that there are no limits or no one to put you down... like a fucking superhero that every kid wants to be when their are young! The guitars, the drums, the lows and the vocals at every dawn music they just run from my ears to my hole body, is impossible not to have the sensation that who is really playing the song is actually myself! FF ROCK any other band to the fucking ground... You have made Kurt proud!

When I first listened to this song, I though it was decent by far. But the more and more I replay it, it just keeps getting better and better. Still prefer "Something From Nothing", but if this song is more proof of what's to come from this album, then I'm pretty damn psyched to hear the rest of it.

"The Colour and the Shape is the greatest Foo Fighters album ever made..."

That statement could be proven a lie when November 10th hits.

Bring on Sonic Highways!
