God’s gifts are all anointed, already. They are not separate.

And anointing is different than having the having the glory of God. You can be anointed with no fruit (Saul, prideful about his anointing and eventually did not produce fruit). The glory comes consistently abiding in the Lord (david) which is what can truly bring heaven to earth. I heard this in a sermon.
