This benchmark is done with permanent Aegis and all other boons to be consistent with the Power Virtues DH/WB setup, so these numbers are unrealistic in disorganized/pug groups. I would recommend running the Condition Alacrity variant unless you know what you're doing and can maintain a decent Aegis uptime and/or if burst is needed.
