Welcome to our first Structural Integration full workout! Did you know that you can do your exercises WHILE realigning your body, muscles and bones? I didn't until I found Pilates! Try these exercises with a real emphasis on "centering" your mind and body. Key Terms: BreatheScoop - Draw the abdomen inwards and KEEP it there. Stack - Elongate the spine with your intrinsic effort. Bring your focus to the midline-- the center of your body. This is where the re-alignment action happens.
