Amino acids all 52 need to be replaced each day. Protein not all have all 52. Peanut butter is legumes yet children are allergic now so extremes are not good. Micro focus on specifics without good nutrition plan can cause deficiencies that also lead to increased chance of cancer.
Be careful limiting protein.
