The judge still gave the repeat defaulter a chance. Reduced penalties + didn't add the interest + gave him a lesser payment plan... & to top it all, tried to reason with him in the end. What more can anyone else do. Perfect judgement. God bless you judge

If I'm driving my mother's car and she isn't going into a store, I refuse to park in a handicapped space. I see it all the time where the handicapped person is sitting in the vehicle in a handicapped space and a perfectly healthy person goes in to shop. I feel it's wrong, so I'm not going to do it.

wao this judge is great this the first time i wached his cort and i spent 18 hr. watching it made me laugh it made me cry but it made me feel good to se he has a great big hart thanks for all the emotions and keep me entertained

I love you Judge Caprio! I live in an apartment complex. There are people that live here that are not handicap and have a sense of entitlement that they can park in the Handicap spaces when ever they feel like it. Even when told to stop doing this, they don't.
The amount of arrogance here is unfathomable. The guy below me has harassed me in many illegal ways. He laid on my doorbell the other day, until I finally opened it. He screamed at me that I am an old hag, then told me he got me evicted. He took a step toward me to intimidate me. I am under five feet tall in my sixties. This guy is in early thirties and is about 6 ft 2 inches tall. I was frightened and I don't scare easily. I did call the police, and was told by the Officer he did nothing wrong. The Officer from the Ada County Sheriff's office told me he can call me whatever he wants and can lay on my doorbell at anytime. I looked up Idaho law, and he is breaking two Idaho laws by harassing me. To have a cop tell me he did nothing wrong was a double insult and very hurtful. Why is it okay for an Officer to fear for their life and when I fear for my life from a thug that lives below me, it is completely acceptable? This guy has a pitt bull that when he sees me he unleashes the dog and smirks...again to intimidate me! Yesterday he ingratiated the neighbors and slandered me right outside my patio. He did this loudly to provoke me. If this guy would do this to me, he would do this sort of thing to anybody else. He does not work, drives a real nice car, and harasses me day and night. It is obvious the police stand by him doing this. I am a Whistle Blower and have been targeted because I did the right thing. This is how dark society has become.
Look up my record, anything in it that shows me as an unsavory human being is a lie. They actually had my NCIC record mixed up with a person in NY City with my same birth date and she doesn't follow the law.
Because I refused to do Medicare Fraud at a Corporate Hospital and reported that information to the FBI, I got targeted. A thank you from the FBI would have been more appropriate.
With your kindness and love in your heart for others Judge it does help heal me. God knows I need that after the way the U.S. DOJ have violated me.
