Off Grid PREFAB CABIN that can be Placed Anywhere!

Another off grid prefab cabin has recently been announced and it doesn't require a foundation. This year has brought a bunch of new prefab options to the market each designed for a different purpose. The prefab Konga cabin from Konga is designed to be lived in either on or off the grid leaving options open for buyers. Konga is known for their custom kitchens and has recently ventured into the prefab space. I like this prefab quite a bit, but I live in FL and I need to select the ones you showed that are hurricane and water proof. And I have lots of bugs here so with a metal frame, that would be best for me.

3) while I love that they're including future, I don't care for the straight lines. I know, can't win them all, but I prefer some curve to my couch to break up the over linier look.

The amount of WOWS are fast and furious. I suspect that even if these were available here, the manufacturers of the same olds would attack them on code and zoning laws. There will be a burden to overcome to bring these to USA, but we’ll keep watching your channel to keep us informed. Thanks for sharing.

Very Cool I especially like the utility all included package. One thing I learned in the wilderness is that there is no such thing as a vacant lot. Setting this on the ground even with gravel underneath is inviting disaster. Terminates, ants, rats and snakes all live on your vacant lot and see your lovely cabin as a dwelling opportunity!

Hi Kerry, Thank you for your videos. Of course looks are important however longevity like a “normal” house is what I am looking for. And as I have stated before being in the NW, I want to make sure whatever prefab I purchase will adhere to the NW - rain, wet, snow, etc. and it lasts just as long as a “regular” house. And the roof adheres to the NW meaning snow slides off.

Kerry, does this have a hot water heater? Or at least a place to put one? Thanx for the videos and the information, I don’t think that my children will be able to afford a stick house like ours, and I really like keeping up with new developments in the prefab field. Particularly, off grid types, where you can buy an acre or two, plunk down a unit, and move in. Improvements can be accomplished later. Very doable.❤️👍😎

Dont wanna be mean but i dont think anyone from EU is watching your vids... or i can be wrong. Its your channel and if you wanna make a vid about a house thats not available in north america, well thats your choice. I think i already said this, idk why you dont partner up with a building company and start your own small prefab affordable homes!? You got the knowledge and experience in the field and your channel is doing really well... good way to promote your product.
