I'm sick, which means I can't (or moreso, shouldn't) train today. So I thought I'd talk about the book that changed the way I look at rest in relation to exercise, and how its become more and more important to me to listen to my body as much as possible.

ok so i have a question. I watch almost all of your videos and the audio levels are pretty good. while when i try to upload my videos after edits youtube some how compresses the audio levels and the videos volume after uploads are too low. would appreciate any help with the audio edits.
