Barometric Pressure & Migraines

Do you know anyone who may benefit from learning about the connection between migraines and barometric pressure? I suffer from excruciating migraines on a regular basis due to the change in weather. I live in Winnipeg MB. My goal is to learn about risk factors, if there is anything that I can do to prepare for the upcoming change in weather patterns and solutions to make life manageable.
