The Memorare Prayer/THE FLYING NOVENA -Powerful Emergency Prayer for difficult times #Prayer

The “FLYING NOVENA” or EMERGENCY NOVENA” invites us to ask the Blessed Mother for her assistance and her grace, especially in times of greatest need. We pray through her to her Divine Son, Jesus.
When Mother Teresa encountered a very dire situation, she prayed her Flying Novena. Instead of praying the novena in a series of nine days straight, we pray the Memorare ten times in a row, as Saint (Mother) Teresa of Calcutta's practice of praying the “Flying Novena.”
She prayed the Memorare nine times in a row and also a tenth Memorare in thanksgiving for the answered prayer. She turned to the Virgin Mary with so much confidence that she “thanked” her and her Son ahead of time by praying the Memorare a tenth time.

Remember, O most Gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thy intercession was left unaided. Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto thee, O Virgin of Virgins, my mother. To thee do I cry, before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in thy mercy hear and answer me.
