Everyone is talking about the dancing but the camera work here is fantastic too. Fred Astaire has a rule that the whole body should be shot so the audience can see perfectly well what is happening (later Bruce Lee applied this to martial arts. And this makes it difficult to mask bad choreography with cuts and closeups, so that has to be spot on as well). Also, great use of steadycam work.

In the Broadway show "Fosse", which ran in two different eras, the SIng, Sing, Sing finale was showstopping. This routine makes great use of Benny Goodman's unmatched number and the ladies, in the their flapper outfits, are having an absolute blast swinging to it. Well done!
