This is a brilliant video, Matt. Love that you focus on one simple, actionable idea. On Saturday, I finished my 102nd book for 2024. With the death of my high school best friend of 32 years at the end of last year, I decided to devote more time to my highest priority (reading and teaching). The idea you present here I embraced, and practically this meant I always had a Kindle with me as I discovered that with a Kindle, I can read while walking. I've slacked off a bit now, but I'm keen to lift my game.
