Minimal Makeup (Mature)

I just want to say… I hate the word MATURE. It’s not the right word but i dont know what is!?
Anyway, I shall not dwell on it.
This is how I wear my makeup most days.
It’s the kind of makeup that reflects my lifestyle.
A quick and easy tidy up. It’s not about impressing anyone but it is about feeling happy to go about my day with confidence.

100% my kind of look. Whenever people say "oh this foundation looks like skin" I usually run for the hills (mac face&body and newer skin tints aside). I actually thought it was going downhill when you did the brows, but the final touch saved it. Same with the mascara tbh. I should have kept faith. Absolutely stunning look. The mascara trick is genius! I’ve been looking for a good ‘natural’ mascara look for years, just brushing it on the lashes is perfect to achieve a light tint!

I love how the "aqua" colored stick under your eyes on the outer corner and then on the lid on the inner corner bring out your eye color!

I grew up in a house with old-fashioned radiators, and I loved them. They made the house really warm and I loved the sound of them! NYX has great lip liners, they are like dupes for MAC. Thank you for doing this look, it looks very nice on you and I will use it on myself.

You are my new favorite beauty YouTuber. I recently started doing concealer the same way. Just dots over any imperfections. It really makes a subtle difference, but I don't look made up. I'm 60 and have never worn much makeup but am finding I have more strange areas on my face that need cover, including a few veins. I just run a tiny line over them, similar to the dot thing. Been watching your videos for a very long time. The amazing thing is that as I am growing in age, I keep watching your videos, and finding just the tips and tricks I need as my skin is changing. The toned down color of the eyeliner on the waterline looks great. I like to use a medium gray-blue and cool brown-gray tones which don't provide such a strong contrast. Little foundation and almost no mascara anymore, except for heavy eye makeup. I usually wear soft eyeliner and blurred lips too. The inner corner in mint looks wearable at this age, I especially like it in the inner corner accentuated with a clear gloss
