Just yesterday I layered using 8 colours - for the first time. I've heat pressed so many other items before but wouldn't go near layering. Luckily the project I did was really light layering using small shapes on small sections, and it turned out perfectly!

I figured I only needed to heat press for a few seconds each time to avoid bubbling or warping of previously pressed colours, and then giving the whole project the full 15 seconds at the end. Having watched your video now, I know I did the right thing and feel I could tackle a proper layering project.

Super helpful! I've layered before and also tried to fit pieces together and always wondered why they fit together so perfectly in cricut design space, but on the shirt, they shrunk up or separated. Now I know! I was definitely over pressing. Thank you for teaching me something new today!
