Still haven’t bought either. Imho 2K was lazy and milked Topspin 4s legacy for ppl to just get excited and buy 2K25. Actually liked TWT2 physics so prob go with Tiebreak.

How anyone can choose Tiebreak over Topspin in terms of gameplay i'll never know. Makes me questioning if they ever played tennis in real life. Topspin is still the best gameplay wise on console. I've played every tennisgame that came out on console since the PS2. Just wish Topspin 2K25 got a bigger roster and wasn't so focused on micro transactions.

I've recently bought Top Spin and though I'm disappointed by the small roster and graphics, the gameplay is fantastic. Don't get me wrong I completely suck ass at the game right now and dropped to easy difficulty for now, but game by game I am getting better. The tutorials are really useful too (but Christ, McEnroe's constant advice gets annoying 🤣). Just wish 2K would add considerably to the roster. Will probably also get Tiebreak as a comparison when it's half price.

Tiebreak..i didn't play yet, i have topspin, and its pretty nice looking and decent sound wise. The game play is good until you learn to "cheat" and taka advantage of hitting a left right game. You can always win a point by moving them one way then hitting an overpowering shot the other direction...the CPU can rarely catch up. Tiebreak...looks more realistic the way it plays, i might have to try it. It looks to have more depth in the gameplay, which is most important. The net and out of bounds are hit more often....which is like real tennis. Also the close ups of the players look more realistic.

Top Spin looks like PS3 game meanwhile Tiebreak truly looks like current gen game.
Both game have pros and cons but as a tennis fan, watching Tiebreak gameplay reminds me more a real tennis match by far.
If only Tiebreak could have better animation, but still, the best tennis game.

Do not purchase Tiebreak! The gameplay is trash! The mechanics are so weird, running is all over the place, you then have to hit L2 or R2 in order to prepare to swing, then you hit the button to hit the ball and aim simultaneously. It’s so weird and unnecessary and makes the gameplay awful and unplayable! If you want to be frustrated by all means get this game and watch the ball pass you by as you try to hit it. The roster and graphics are dope but you can’t play the game because of how they have the controls. Topspin for the win! Don’t waste you time with Tiebreak 💯💯💯

The fact that top spin doesnt have the goat Djokovic in it...stirs me away from it and more towards tiebreak. How can u have a game without a man who won the most, was ranked 1st for most consecutive weeks just ridiculous.

TopSpin looks more realistic in the player's movement. Tiebreak player's movement is not smooth and not really realistic looking. Its so surprising that a lot of gamers now doesn't know how to determine the realistic movement in tennis game. What really worst is that the quality of the game has been overpowered by looking at the money they can spend in buying and playing the game.

Im very dissapointed with TopSpin gameplay... slice, topspin and dropshots do absolutely nothing... the game becomes only a competition of who can hit mpre perfect power shots in a row... so so boring...

Prefer Top Spin, don't like those delayed jerky movements at the end of some points
in Tiebreak, crowd reactions in TS better for me also....The faces in TB look like they're on Ball kids in both nothing???
