A commenter on the matter spelled out the prosecution's case thusly:
Using Trump's own words, which cannot be disputed because they're his very words, he's on record saying, "As soon as I took the documents they were immediately declassified."
Much later, he's on tape saying, "I probably shouldn't be showing you this because it's classified." So, he lied in the first instance saying they're declassified if he's admitting they're classified later. His own words.

If there is a problem would be with prosecutor.
The presidential records act clearly states that when the president leaves office, he leaves the doments in the national archive.

Not moved to florida nor the then expresident house.
