I already own a biohazard remediation biz. We deal with a lot of hoarder homes and pet waste is prominent. I decided to add pet waste removal as an add on service to my business. Thank you for all your information.

Going to rewind & start from the beginning. I did comment the other day on a video suggesting thin thermal gloves you can use and still operate your phone (Amazon) been a great help for me on those cold days.

I can’t agree with him on postpay but that’s just me. I would rather give a refund (if it’s a mistake from me- didn’t scoop, etc) than trying to collect from non-payers. I’m sure most people are pretty good and sometimes life just happens. I think it’s simple you don’t pay I don’t scoop. I don’t want to hunt them down if I scooped and they didn’t pay. Prepay makes accounting simple and gives money at first of month when it’s needed.

So you’re charging $25 per week and that’s 4 times a month which is $100 a month service correct ?

Bullshit! Put a notice on that crazy woman to stop harassing your company. It’s one thing to have an issue and express it. But if your company tried to work it out with her and explain that you couldn’t service her area that’s it! Sometimes people are just miserable and bored and need a taste of their own medicine. That’s unacceptable behavior bc she’s mad. People are petty.
