By my count, this is your third Larkin Poe reaction. I apologize if I missed any others. So I just need to stress again, you are doing yourself a great disservice by only watching the "official" videos. As good as these ladies are in the studio, the stage is where they truly shine. Please, please, please, react to some of their live concert and soundstage videos. I'm sure you have found that a lot of artists that have great sounding records can barely carry a tune when they sing live. Well you will be shocked that Rebecca's voice is every bit as good (better?) live as it is in the studio. Plus there is more guitar and lap steel soloing in the live shows. There is just a vibe that they give out in the live performances that can't possibly come through on a studio recording.

Here's one I was just listening to tonight from just a few weeks ago when they were touring in Europe. Summertime Sunset, the song that they often open their shows with. An older song that finally made it to a record on Blood Harmony.

Larkin Poe feels like a FAITH to me! I often come away with an almost spiritual feeling listening to a lot of their songs like this, including "Back Down South" and "Southern Comfort" (and I'm not even Southern!) AMEN!!!
