I think if they implemented a progressive parkour system in which you start the game with slower parkour and as you progress more into the game you gain more moves/speed. Just an idea that i think would work quite well as in most games a sense of actual progression always looks great instead of the usual clunky parkour throughout the whole story as Assassin's they move fast that's the whole point to get to A to B as quickly as possible. To add to this we could have had Basim speak to us directly when he improves upon his parkour even something small like 'I can feel myself becoming faster' when you pull off a new parkour move to show progression.

A feature, and I cant believe I am calling it a feature that NO one is talking about, is how Basim's health needs to be very poor/less!! Basim (we, the player) needs to be encouraged to play stealthily. No more tank protagonist. Low health=low open combat engagement=more stealthy approach

I decided to play through ac1 to get a feel for what the franchise's roots really are, and man is it fun. The simpler map geometry and simpler animations make parkour feel so much more reliant than what we get nowadays. Since there were only a few jumping animations it took no time at all to jump between locations since minimal checks need to be made in order to ensure a fluid animation. Honestly I feel like the drive to make animations as smooth as possible has harmed the parkour gameplay in recent years

He’s not gonna get a second hidden blade. The assassins didn’t have secondhand blades in this time. It wasn’t until the 14th century that they got hidden blades for the second arm. Remember Altair had to modify the blade for it to work for a great time they only used one Altairs is generation was the last generation that had the single hidden blade or at least the start it was actually Thomas de carillon generation that had the last hidden blade for the single arm assassin’s creed red, depending on what timeline it takes place which I believe is the heat or the 1500s or the 1400s. That time period of assassin had two blades so the RPG should have two hidden blades.

I think they made the parkour slow is to add realism since games these days can be made to look more realistic then fantasy but Ubisoft is forgetting that video games can be realistic but also have unrealistic abilities like how assassin's move more fluently and faster at parkour then actual free runners and how they do parkour but I see YouTube videos of people doing assassin's Creed parkour in real life so it is possible I just don't know why Ubisoft can't speed up the parkour

I think what could happen is maybe Basim's parkour can be ranked up as he gains assassin rank so he'll be faster and more agile.
