"Never was so much owed by so many to so few"

another genius uttered those words.

Martin I consider it a privelidge to be part of the DFA channel. The analysis on that post was worthy of the mainstream... but you and I both know that sensible critique will only be spoken by those that share this post.

Irregardless of that. well done. Great analysis

I was explaining the up coming crises to my workmates, from all your good work Martin and co, and they think I have a conspiracy about all this. Just goes to show how most people have their head in the clouds.

Bloody excellent vid Martin.
I asked you only a couple of weeks ago for a comprehensive and systemic look at the low-down of Aussie stats, and here you go producing exactly what I had asked for. You are a genius!
And it was beautifully done, by the way. All perfectly clear to understand.
Yes, I think the US/Aust. rate inversion will have a pronounced effect, and then some very nasty flow-on surprises, affecting debt, exchange, GDP, wealth and that great leveller - credit. By 'level' I mean a good kyboshing.

Top quality Martin, you have blown me away with the new look DFA 2019.

Your content is vital for the Australian public to stay inform. The mainstream message convincing the public “she’ll be right” has to stop.

We need some intelligence at the helm. Not the bafoonary we have become accustomed to from government.

Keep it up.

Your best video IMO. For me nothing beats seeing a BALANCED presentation. At the end of the day only a select few know where ANY aspect of the market is heading.

Martin, there is a saying “What you sow is what you will reap”.

The Economy Regulators have let the cards crumble today by neglecting a firm control of the financial systems across the board in the past.

Lack of
clear vision,
meticulous planning,
precise execution and constant vigil coupled with firm systematic controls are the key contributors to current disaster.

Correct me if I’m wrong!

Your interpretation of the data is simply straightforward. I liked it and loved it.

Very informative post and real inside of the economy it's hard to get nowadays !!! The same situation happens all over the world. Real estate is overvalued and many bubbles should pop up. What is the alternative from the big bank inside Australia in case of systemic crisis, , thank you

Two issues that might be of interest for later discussion: (1) Is now the time for us to be revisiting microeconomic reform as a means of getting things on a more substantial basis (assuming any interest for it all in Canberra since the early 90s)?, and (2) In the longer term what are the implications of the changing demographics in China. It's population growth will begin to reverse in about 2030 and an increasing proportion will be older. It has little scope (unlike Australia and the USA) to import younger people into the workforce. There also seems to be a growing return to tighter political control. What would a 'successful' Australian economy look like in such an environment and how would we get there?

Plan B (C D and E)
Love your stats which confirm we definitely need plan B, C and D plans or projects need to be given financial support not merely political rhetoric. Innovate. differentiate, own/build new global markets.
