Hearing that Dire is gonna actively try and be as OP and busted as possible in this run has me VERY excited. I am absolutely pumped to watch Dire become a greater deity of Automation.

Woot! An ATM8 series! I think this is the first time I've seen Dire spawn on a full fledged island in the middle of the ocean. (my worlds have always been this - island, desert or snowy biomes).

Even if I'm not actively watching, even just knowing that Dire is still here consistently making quality, relaxing, educational, and also just entertaining modded Minecraft content makes very happy 😊. Keep up the good work! Hope we will get to see more.

Starting tips
Get a mob Yoinker for easy kid... I mean relocation of any mob ( including hostile ones)
Dank for your mining needs
Rftools storage scanner + tablet/storage module for early unified storage/remote access
Potion master has some nifty gadgets
You can use a ore hammer with a create mixer for cheap ore doubling
Normal tools can be turned into silent gear tools in a crafting grid

Roots has a permanent tick acceleration ritual that you can cast as many times as you want for compounding effects. Each cast increases the tick rate 3x.

Love the change to get as OP as fast as possible - this seems like it'll be an interesting series! Always love to watch these as I don't have time to play much myself anymore. There is two more things I would like to see, too: early exploring, not waiting to be extremely prepared - maybe this means cheesing the Apotheosis bosses that spawn by blocking them in - but I feel that seeing some fail potential is something very entertaining to watch (although I understand it may be harder to record). And the second thing: No mining gadget - it makes the mining OP in almost every series, so if the plan is to get to passive oregen asap, maybe it would be a fun challenge to skip it as well?

This is an awesome pack. I'm on my 3rd play through, this time doing MineColonies. Don't be afraid to go to the Twilight Forest ASAP, as the Red Cap Hills have stupid levels of resources in them (find one medium or large and you're set for weeks or months! The levels of copper are well beyond stupid level...).
One other suggestion: Get the structure compass ASAP as there are a LOT of custom structures to explore (in all dimension!). All the vanilla structures are repurposed for the other dimensions as well.
The mining dimension is all that you need for ores after the beginning (it requires some of the custom ores get to it ...), as it has ores from all three standard dimensions (overworld, nether, and the end), in separate y level bands.
That's all I'll say, as its a lot of fun to explore (wait until you see the Shirac palace!) and I don't want to spoil it.
The time in a bottle uses custom ores ... so it'll be awhile before you can get it 😐
