Honda 160cc auto choke problem

Mower runs erratically then cuts off within a minute or so. Here's what I've tried so far:
1. new gas
2. cleaned fuel lines to check for blockage
3. checked gas cap for lack of air
4. changed spark plug
5. thoroughly cleaned carb. pulled it completely apart several times and cleaned everything down to the needle.
6. cleaned the small needle insert on the main block that pushes up against the upper throttle body. (don't know the name).
7. watched several other youtube vids of the similar problem but out of luck so far. Any suggestions?

Mower is around 2 years old.

Check the spring tension on the governor
Sounds like a chock fluxing

I am having a similar issue. Did you ever find out what the issue is? I plan to clean the autochoke thermowax valve to see if that helps.
