I was not into racing games (I'm basically a wargamer) but I like this game very much. Also the modules are a big bonus. Not a single one I don't like.

This is one of the first games I discovered when I was still new to the hobby. I really hope to get a copy for myself soon!

Where’d you get those custom metal gear shifters?

I definitely would regret buying this. I’ve played it couple of times and it’s quite a luckfest, you can plan out to some extent but in the end your luck of the draw will determine if you are going to make it (for example with cards that you draw more cards to boost them). Also the game lasts for ~1 hour and feels like it overstays it’s welcome as nothing new comes out during the race.
I’d be much more interested in playing this if it actually had any deck building (I don’t consider heat management being deck building), like they could have made depot expansion in which you buy/bid/draft parts between rounds. My rating 5/10, when someone asks to play this I sigh deeply couple of times and let out the ”fine”
