Lifelong resident of the city I will be voting in the election tomorrow. I won't say who I am leaning towards. But the main issue I am concerned about is homelessness. I'm very fortunate to have a decent paying job and a place to live. But every day at my job I see people who are in trouble and who like opportunities. Shameful to see that in a rich city such as ours that we have so many homeless people in our subways, on our streets, in our parks, and seeking refuge in hospital ers. Every elected official from the municipal level all the way up to the federal level me to seriously consider how we deal with our homeless. It feels unconscionable and immoral.

This was not a debate, and it was much more informative. I think debates are too confrontational without real dissemination of ideas. These guys all made reasonable points.

When the question was asked about riding a bicycle to work one person put their hand up. Yet everyone is for the bicycle lanes. Never see anyone using those lanes that can be used for cars.
