Rodanthe 'Jug Handle' Bridge opens to drivers on Thursday

After several years of construction and delays, all lanes to Outer Banks' newest bridge opened Thursday. The Rodanthe Bridge, aka "Jug Handle' Bridge," was built to bypass N.C. 12 on days when overwash closes the roadway.
