definitely an acquired taste but don't be lulled to sleep by this man ... example at 9:30 is "particular designs, desires, goals around success can be barriers to creativity" is a brilliant observation that helps explain his success (and the art / biz conundrum in general) and would go overlooked if you were not listening carefully ... so many nuggets here and he shares so freely ... this is GOLD.

ANSWER: "I think the main purpose of Twitter is to make sure that we let every voice flow and I think it's really important for us to see every opinion...And I think ultimately every technology is a reflection of the world, both the present and the future state. What we have to make sure of though is that everyone who participates...feels safe. Abuse has no part on the service. And we have a staff of many who are dedicated to...so people not feel threatened in any way. But you know I do wanna live in a world where I can actually see all opinions because I think there's value in any opinion...If we take that away, I think we would be taking away a massive learning from people
