Dave Rubin IMPLODES on Tucker Carlson, Blames California Wildfires on Diversity

"A prime time Fox News show is blaming California’s wildfires on liberals and worker diversity.

Host Tucker Carlson and conservative commentator Dave Rubin took that head-spinning leap on Carlson’s show Tuesday night.

Rubin, a YouTube talk show host who lives in Los Angeles, said institutions including utility PG&E ― which has faced criticism from Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) for “mismanagement” and “greed” that he says led to preemptive blackouts in an effort to prevent more fires ― are breaking down due to “woke” policies and attention to fair hiring. Carlson acted as the chorus, saying “true” or chiming in further.

“PG&E strikes me as almost a metaphor for the destruction of the state,” Carlson said. “Here’s the utility which doesn’t really know anything about its own infrastructure, but knows everything about the race of its employees. How did we get there?”

Rubin pinned the cause on “progressive ideology.”

I was driving home from work three days ago, in Davis, ca. About 300 yards away from my house, on the edge of a very dry field of brush. And I saw a campfire sized blaze on the side of the road. I pulled over, as did three other cars. We all found water bottles to pour over it. Every time we thought it was out, a few seconds later it would just bounce right back. It was very windy, and seemed impossible to put out. We were calling the cops, stamping it with our feet. Finally after about 5 mins somebody pulled a fire extinguisher from his truck, and we put it out. I don’t mean to be so dramatic but that could have spread soooo fast! It almost did. Random people like me rummaging for old plastic water bottles in my car should not be the one saving my town.
