Old romanian well - clever ingenious mechanical water lifting device

A very old water well fitted with an ingenious mechanical water lifting device. Hand cranked, the rubber discs lift the water as the chain moves up the main shaft/pipe. Located in Romania, Valcea county.

I see it's a rope pump. From how deep can it pump? 100 meters deep? 40 meters deep? It looks so cool!!

it's a rope pump well... nothing special here. tho it's a well built one.
