Marjorie S. Fisher’s Encyclopedic Jewel Collection

Over the next year, Sotheby’s jewellery auctions will feature more than 1,000 pieces from the Collection of Marjorie S. Fisher. From enchanting flora and fauna pieces to important diamond rings, her collection includes jewels by many of the great makers, including Van Cleef & Arpels, Schlumberger and Verdura. Ahead of Sotheby’s Magnificent Jewels sale on 8 December and Fine Jewels sale on 9 December in New York, watch the video for a first look at some of Frank Everett’s favourite pieces.

I cannot be the only one who wants to see video of every piece. Please make more videos. Maybe in partnership with some of the historic jewellery bloggers who have documented pieces sold at Sothebys and Christie's. The videos would be a great way to document these pieces for posterity. So future generations can appreciate these works of art.
