I know this video release long ago but I want to add in that Tendurr The Assistant will give you 200k gold, 250k gold with 25% boost percentage, and 500k gold with 25% boost and double gold boost

honorhall is member but /battlegrounde is free, the minions are stronger so its prob the 3º option but the 1º or the 2º for free members aside with the dragon farm

Just a tip for honorhall:
Accept both the Hall of Honors quest and the Level 61-75 quest.
The Ice Demon drops the quest item for both quests, meaning more gold for the same amount of kills.
