Enchanted Forest #1 Acrylic Swipe Technique

This is the first in the series of Enchanted Forests. Released in reverse order, as I wasn't sure if this one was going to see the light of day. But due to the overwhelming response on facebook groups, I decided that I've done worse! All these paintings have been done using the same colours but with tweaks to the sky and how I laid my colours down. All are richly ornate and complex, with a lot of gold which really does glisten.

My pouring medium as with all of these paintings is:
PVA and Water.

I really like this one! An interesting path to get there, but all well in the end. And once again we find - never give up on a painting! I know the emptiness of a pooch no longer there. Still miss him 7 years on.
