Incredible, I did the SAME work on mine Firebird! I changed almost everything inside and outside the car, changed lots of engine and transmission parts, brakes, tires with the 15" Turbocast rims and many, many other parts I don' t remember now. I worked on it for over 5 years, great times back then! Many many compliments, enjoy your car!

Love it. Dashboard be damned, you had the 'red lights' up front and the look. Some people may not appreciate just how much work a full restoration is. This was a full resto with some additional elements to make it as close to KITT as we can *reasonably* expect. As a lover of cars, full restoration projects and, of course, Knight Rider, kudos guys, great job.

I know many of you might be disappointed by not seeing the KITT dashboard installed in the end. This is why I titled this video complete "restoration" of the car, rather than a full "conversion" to KITT. Right now it's time to save up until I can afford a KITT dashboard. I want to build a very nice and accurate dashboard. This all takes time, money and a bit of skills. :-)

People say what you want but if you're going to drive one every day this is the way to do it. Do the outside like it and leave the interior stock. Updated to the tan if you wish but even I don't think that's mandatory. Now if you want to do an exact replica that's a different story and a hell of a lot more money! I love the attention to detail on restoring the body getting rid of the rust to me that's more important than putting computer screens in the car! You're going to turn heads now no matter what. That's what's having a KITT car is all about anyways!

Man that's awesome, I love it when someone works hard and fulfills their dreams, I know it's wierd but I always wanted to make the K.A.R.R. same thing but with the yellow scanner.

I've read some of the comments, and I have to tell you, I think you did an awesome job with the car. Is it 100%? No, but only the ones who obsess over the show will really notice. You keep up the good work on it, build it the way that you will enjoy if it's for car shows only someday or if you want to drive it. It's your baby so enjoy it and be proud of the wonderful job you did. Big thumbs up from the U.S.
