Financial Freedom AND traveling more? Keep reading if you want my tips for how I’m achieving it!

(Sidenote: I am obviously not a professional financial advisor, just a professional life-liver).
Ok so last week I joked about how I was officially a “quarter millionaire” because I reached $250k in my savings, and also how I could retire in the Philippines because I only spend max $50/day here, and I have $1500/month in passive income already. Then a bunch of people responded asking me how I got “fincancial freedom”, which I didn’t really think I had, so I decided to post what I’ve been doing!
For starters, I have “broke girl mentality” from growing up with little money and watching my mom work her booty off to raise 4 kids alone — that’s a big factor to my current “hustle hard, save everything, and make money off of money” mindset.

Any way here’s what I’ve been doing this whole time:
1. Find any and all ways to make extra money. I started out working gigs as a virtual assistant, and even now that I make a living from being a blogger/influencer, I STILL constantly try to add more revenue streams
2. Spend less, save more. I only allow myself a daily life budget of max $100/day.
3. All of your money should be in HIGH YIELD SAVINGS ACCOUNTS !!!! This is the biggest tip I can give!!! Some are as high as 5% interest!!!
4. Only use credit cards with cash back or points!!!!
5. Read my blog post!!!
*Disclaimer: I have a big advantage/privilege by choosing to not have kids right now, by choosing to not live in USA, but still being a citizen there and getting to use the banks and whatnot. However I have also achieved all of this without financial help, and starting with only $2k to my name!
