Why should you use this?

* Sleep Music, Music to sleep

This music has been carefully composed and crafted to help you sleep better. Deep sleep music has shown to increase the quality of your
sleep. Sleep hypnosis and binaural beats (delta waves, alpha waves, and theta waves) helps your brain to calm down.

It helps when you have insomnia, when you cannot sleep because of stress or anxiety or other worries that you may have.

These relaxing sounds will help you sleep more easily.

The nature sounds we use will help you lull into a deep, relaxing and restorative sleep. Sleep meditation is important, as you will soon feel.

Music to sleep or sleep music have been used for centuries, but have
become more popular again in the last couple of years.

* Focus Music (for work)

When you have to focus and your mind continuously wanders off, this Focus music will help you concentrate. Music for concentration has been used by students for decades.

We use a carefully selected mix and blend of nature sounds, binaural beats, ASMR and other techniques to help your brain energy calm down and focus more. Listen to this video when you need music to focus.

* Study Music (for school, college, university exams)

When you need to study for a test or an exam, it's important that your mind doesn't wander off and that you can fully concentrate, to get good grades.

There are many distractions. This study music will help you focus on what's important. It will push all unnecessary noises and thoughts to the background.

We specifically use binaural beats and alpha waves to help your mind focus with music. Use this study music for every important exam or test.

* Healing Music

When your nervous system is getting tired, or, as Claire Weekes loved to say, when you get anxiety because of a tired nervous system and when you are close to a burn-out or other nervous illness, or when you just need to heal for any other reason, use this healing music to calm your body down, fully.

We use meditation techniques and meditation music so every cell of your body can start to relax. In my videos, there's always a mixture of
Tibetan Music, Shamanic music, Indian meditation music and even some Japanese Meditation music (I love Chinese meditation music too).

I'm a fan of Deepak Chopra, Buddhist meditation, Zen meditation,
Mindfulness Meditation and even Eckhart Tolle meditation.

* Anxiety Relaxation Music

When you suffer from anxiety or panic attacks, it can become difficult to sleep, to focus, to relax. This anti anxiety relaxation music helps your body to calm down, and to find its natural equilibrium.

When you feel full of stress, anxiety or even suffer from panic attacks, take the time to listen to some relaxing music. This relaxation music will help you to calm down from the adrenaline the anxiety has without a doubt given you (that's what anxiety does anyway).

Meditation can help against anxiety and panic attacks. But even when you simply want to sleep better, because you've had a stressful day, this anti stress relaxation music can help.

As said before, we use binaural beats, ASMR, and other helpful
techniques to help your brain waves calm down.

* Nature Music / music with sounds of nature

Being in the now is important. Byron Katie, Eckhart Tolle, The Silva
Method, The Sedona Method, Claire Weekes and more have talked about how important it is to meditate, preferably in nature. This video includes nature sounds to help you relax, nature sounds to help you study, nature sounds to help you sleep and nature sounds to help you meditate so you can calm down folly, restore your cells and get energized again.

Studies have shown (by Stanford for instance) that being in nature can help against depression and other mental challenges.

Edit: Just want to clear something up, but yall do know that you’re gonna get ads at the beginning of some videos regardless right? 😂 Not because the creator of the video added them, but because youtube sometimes gives you ads before the video starts. To people with anxiety : close your eyes, listen deeply to the sound of rain, breath in count to 5, breath out count to five, do this as many times until you are calm or a sleep. Don't forget your are not alone, you are loved and you are special. I love you 💕
