Resetting a Viqua or R-Can controller/ballast

Resetting a R-Can or Viqua (also known as Sterilight) controller or ballast.

You will need to reset the controller or ballast after changing a UV lamp and or quartz sleeve or if there is an fault code on the display.

It is very straight forward to do and important that you do so that you can keep a check on your UV unit and that all is working correctly.

What if light won’t go on


Followed all procedures reset went on then 365
But system was leaking. Shut it off re did all steps now system won’t even light up to reset.
What to do?
