y'all moaning that he has 3 lvls over everyone in the enemy team while Death's Dance heals him for like +500HP per kill. yeah, item's definitely "skilled" and not busted at all.

Swap death's dance with any other item and he would've died after killing Janna. Death's dance is too busted.

its not just the champ or the items, its jg being broken af
every game the jg is turbofed, you can fullclear on EVERY CHAMP within 3:30 - 3:40 even on adcs like twitch, its just crazy how broken it got with the jg changes.

but this champ is still cancer to play against whenever its strong. some champions should never be allowed to be meta and hecarim is one of them.
