The Visibility Axis in Wardley Mapping

Let's talk about "visibility" (aka "the Y Axis") in Wardley Mapping. In WM terminology, "Position" means "relative position within the value chain," while "Movement" means "movement in terms of evolution [along the X Axis]."

It can be a bit confusing, as most people I know would interpret "Position" as having to do with both X and Y coordinates... and "Movement" as something in motion, or perhaps a "delta" between a pair of X,Y coordinates. Maybe pointing this difference out will help us interpret how the word is used in this method, and maybe we can even propose new words as we make the method better!
