Hello all, this is MaryAnn the Owner of the The Rabbit Hole Designs and originator of the Cottontail Embossing Powder Tool. If you are having problems getting powder out of the tool here is a possible fix. You may have inadvertently closed your unit. To open your unit grasp the black barrel with one hand and with your other hand grasp the bottom (where you fill the tool) clear section with your other hand. Give the tool a twist either left or right until you feel a gentle click. Pump tool 3 times, open cap and you should see powder coming out/Tiny white spot in center of brush.

I HAD to order both embossing folders/die combos after seeing these 2 videos from you. I agree with you about the Tim Holtz watercolor pencils. I have struggled for years with watercoloring, but the pencils make it so much easier. There is a learning curve to using them just like everything else.

Nichol, Your Christmas arrangement is beautiful. I am sorry that your son has walking pneumonia and hope he will recover very quickly. I also pray that you don't get sick especially because you just got over a respiratory infection and you have been working hard and taking care of your son too. Before I retired I taught for 20 years in a large university. During midterms and finals students were often sick and they were very generous sharing their illnesses with fellow students and faculty. I received many colds, sore throats, bronchitis and even pneumonia working in close quarters with my students. As you know, families are even more likely to share respiratory infections. Please do take extra good care of yourself especially during your son's illness. Will pray for quick recovery for him and wellness for you. Blessings.

Nichol, you can also “sharpen” your wax wand tip. Use a razor blade and remove a thin layer, kind of like sharpening a pencil. It’ll work again! ♥️ replay crew
