My in-laws met in the 3rd grade where my father-in-law decided my mother-in-law was the one. They married years later and stayed married for over 50 yrs until their deaths.

That’s so sweet. When I was 21 I prayed to God for a mate. I said a silent prayer. I remember hearing a Bible talk about prayer it said be specific in your prayer tell God what you want. And don’t speak it out loud keep it to yourself. Because Satan answers prayers also for the wrong reasons. Satan can’t hear your thoughts only God can. Satan only see’s your actions. So pray silently and when the prayer is answered you know it’s from God. With that being said. I prayed, and I was very specific. At the time all my friends were getting married and of course I wanted too. So I ask God for a mate . But send me a sign God so I can know then I said better yet let me say what the sign should be so I want have to be guessing if this is it. So I said the man that kisses my left hand is the man you want me to marry. Ok I said Amen and it’s like instantly I forgot what I prayed for. I feel the reason I forgot is because I probably would have tried to get any man to kis my left hand. I met a few men I was even engaged at 25 but I broke it off because it just didn’t feel right. That prayer did not come to mind. 30 nothing, still looking for Mr. Right. I’ve met couple a of nice guys and some I really liked but of course nothing happened.. so one day a gentleman called from another city and explained to me that a mutual friend gave him my number and he saw a picture of me so he decided to call me. I was hesitant but we talked and it turned into 3 months without seeing each other. I was 34 at the time. I grew fond of him an I really wanted to meet him because I never seen his face. We met at his sisters house wow he was handsome lol. We had a lot of things in common even spiritually, that’s great. So before he left to go home, because he lived in another city we went to say good bye. Mind you we never kissed just a friendly hello and embrace. He suddenly got on one knee grabbed my left hand and kissed it, and said have a wonderful day. OMG that prayer came rushing to my thoughts and to my heart. Oh God He kissed my left hand. He kissed my left hand. You God remembered my prayer. Is this the man you want me to marry. I headed to work right after and cried all the way their. God has answered my prayer. We been married for 22 years and more years to come. Sorry fo such a long comment just wanted to share. So I believe in their story 🥰

This brings back memories of my childhood friendship. At age 8, I knew Malouf would be my husband. 1998 I got a promise ring, life happened to both of us. Reunited in 2015, got married in 2016. God is in Control.

My 5 year old son, proposed to his classmate two weeks ago. He is so happy that she said yes. Next month will be their last month in pre school :(. He's very concerned because she hasn't been going to school.
