That is an interesting layout with a dispatch on the outside and buttons inside too!

The buttons are probably temporary. They probably have TK components now

Looks like they were Westy that got an Innovation mod. in the 90s, then more recently got the slight DSC mod. only in the lobby.

That COP is probably temporary. The marriott copley place was like that after they modded their elevators

destination dispatch only on the ground floor is a low cost way to implement it.
