I just looked at your video after buying a packet of Hot in my local supermarket in the UK, just to make sure how to do it properly. Looks easy enough, and the bonus was to hear your commentary and review in that amazing accent!!! That's one American accent that we don't get to hear much.

Thanks so much for the tips! Was in a rush to get this in the oven and I wasn't sure if I should have gone seams up seams down (despite what it said on the packaging).

Quite often in the UK if we do a roast chicken, we tend to cook it with a lemon inside and rubbed on the skin.

I’m so glad you reviewed this as it’s so difficult to understand someone’s perception of spicy (hot). I’m a medium person myself. The hot I can eat but same as Kevin, my mouth would be on fire and I cant enjoy the meal. What’s interesting is how this heat compares to all the spicy (hot) chip reviews you do, are those ever hotter than Nando’s hot, because you always state it’s hot, but as a side to a burger or hotdog you could manage it?

Chicken should be fully cooked if cooked at 180°c for 20 minutes per pound in weight plus 20 minutes. Your chicken breasts look a normal thickness to me.

Marinate the chicken with the spice before placing in the bag, so it's evenly spiced.

I've got something similar in my cupboard that's been there for months. I might actually use them today off the back of this video. But the ones I got are a liquid marinade I think and are the hot one but in similar packaging.

You have a great memory. I just looked at the Nando's video and Stefan did get the extra hot..and he even added extra extra hot sauce on top of that! He seemed to handle it pretty well. Btw I can't believe that was 4 years ago. I can't believe it's been that long since I saw it. It's almost jarring to see all the smiles, laughs, close contact, sound of a normal crowd, etc..one could've never predicted that all disappearing for so many of us years later. Anyway, it'll be beautiful when we can go back to that.
