On September 1, 1939, Germany invaded Poland, an act that would spark the beginning of the Second World War.
To honour the 80th anniversary of this modern history milestone, we have collaborated with instructor Eric McGeer to develop a three-part mini video series on Canada's involvement in and contribution to the war effort.
