Love the bowl Martin, and again a great theme Behind it. Colour is something I haven't really ventured into yet but this is the kind of thing that inspires.
Thanks again
Rob

I'm sure you have access to my work rota Martin, as yet again I'm working on the 23rd! ;)
That "bronzed" bowl/wall hanging looks absolutely superb mate, as does your good lady...the figurine I mean :)
Great episode, and looking forward to the next.
Cheers

Martin I have to say "Twilight" looks amazing !! Also looking forward to your upcoming videos too. It's been an inspiration (even to an old geezer like me) to see many new & fresh ideas on your channel.

All the best Geof

I love the copper leaf. Unfortunately I am meant to be away the weekend of your open day but if that changes I will come over to see you. Cheers, Jim

Thank you very much for what you share. I get very excited when I see you have posted a new video. I like the "ART" side even more than then tool technique side but I love that I can learn both from your videos.

Hello Martin,
Just wanted to say I love that bowl. The copper really looks great with the aging. If I were in England I would sure be at your open shop day but since I am in Nashville, TN it would make for a long and expensive trip so I will be there in thought only.
As usual thanks of videoing and sharing this content,
Jim

Hi Martin,

Looking forward to the video of your bowl gouge shaping as I think I have the same jig as you by the looks of it (from eBay) and still struggling on the finger nail shape.

Hope to see you on the 23rd, will you have some Hampshire Sheen in stock? ;)

Loving the videos Martin, have learnt so much by watching them so thank you..! I am intrigued to know if you use your own timber,  as seen through the windows of your workshop, or do you buy in kiln dried for your sycamore bowl projects? Have you done a video on drying timber yourself, I have lots of timber here, oak ash etc, but often it just splits whilst it's being stored to dry in the workshop before I even get to turn it. If you have any tips that work I'd love to hear them, I have seen others and do take care to seal the ends of my pieces when they are stored, and it's an unheated workshop..
