I had the opposite experience with their support, support was not very understanding and took an egregiously long time to respond. They want me to return my mouse, which is fine, but they wont even ship me a replacement till they receive it, and to quote glorious "it will be months till a new one arrives". I thought they said the had mice on hand for QC issues, it seems like the underestimated them.
